Kayaba Japanese Restaurant
While I'm not completely up for the task of documenting their full menu in the tall glass display case (with all the very neat plastic re-creations).. I was able to snap a shot of the a la carte side menu.
The best value from my experience was the No.39 Tempura for $2.50.
